Raja Harishchandra was released on 3 May 1913 at Coronation Cinema Hall Mumbai. But there is no data for what time it was released.
After that on 14th March 1931 at 11:00 am, the first speaking movie Alam Ara was released in Majestic Cinema Mumbai, then 14th March 1931 at 11:00 am Kundli Bollywood was established. I have done a lot of research on this horoscope and fits perfectly at the event.
Taurus is the horoscope of marriage which is the marriage of Venus. Venus is the master of film industry and glamour world. Venus, the owner of marriage is very strong and sitting with the moon in the place of fate. The horoscope has become very powerful when the Yoga Shani has the vision of Yoga on it. And that is why Bollywood has been an integral part of entertainment in India till date.
The thing to see is that the sun is 29 degrees in this horoscope too. Sun being at 29 degrees is a tremendous current in itself.
Now if we discuss this horoscope of Bollywood, Rahu's Mahadasha went on from 1950 to 1968. Rahu is strong and sitting in the advantage place. Rahu is a planet of Muslim community, so during this time many people of this community have collected their coins in Bollywood, be it a lyricist, musician, singer, artist or producer. Like Bismillah Khan, Naushad, Khayyam, Shakeel Badayuni, Sahir Ludhianvi, Hasrat Jaipuri, Kaifi Azmi, Saleem Javed, K. Asif, Kamal Amrohi, Mehboob Khan, Dilip Kumar, Madhubala, Meenakumari, Suraiya, Waheeda Rehman, Mehmood, Jagdeep, Ajit, Jayant, Talat Mehmood, Mohammad Rafi, Noorjahan, Shamshad Begum etc.
Due to Rahu being strong in Kundli, that community is still dominated in Bollywood. Classical music also had more influence till Rahuki Dashame 1968.
After that from 1968 to 1984, Guru Mahadasha dominated films and cinemas because Guru Dhan is strong in place. People used to be crazy to see artists back then and if they had seen a great artist they would have considered themselves blessed. Raj Kapoor Dilip Kumar Devanand Shammi Kapoor Jitendra Rajesh Khanna Manoj Kumar was making a name for himself in the film industry. Big artist like Amitabh Bachchan also entered this time.
But from 1984 to 2003 the time was of Saturn's continent. Saturn is obstacle in the horoscope of Taurus marriage. This time has been a change period. Big artists set and new artists emerged. The TV had stored its place in every house, so the crowd in theaters decreased and the black ticket became past.
Especially the Panauti that started since 1990 was so bad that classical music went vanishing. New musicians kept coming and the old retired. Heart-warming songs have become past. Good singers also retired or left the world.
Single cinemas broke down and shopping malls started to construct. The era of multiplex has come. The craze of cinema and the madness for film artists has been reduced.
When Panauti started again in 2020, the lockdown came and the film industry stopped for almost one year. Many artists have become useless too. The movies that later began to be made could not gather the crowd of people. Today in 2022, Panauti has full effect and movies flop. Movies have to be sold on OTT and international plaque. Artists don't matter much but the people who are building have been at loss for 3 years. Many big artists have been running in three years and immortal singer Lataji is no more with us who was part of the Golden Period.
This is just the beginning. Ketu's Mahadasha which has started since 2020 is going to run till 2027, then there is a radical change in Bollywood. Artists who take crores of rupees will come to earth. The charisma of Bollywood will be decreased.
Big artists will leave the world by 2027. This is a Sankranti period of Bollywood. OTT's dominance will increase and Bollywood will decrease. Multiplex theaters will also break in the next 5 years. TV screen or mobile will become a means of entertainment instead of theatre.
